1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NexasCode ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), including DevOps Hub, DaysAID, TavernBag, and VaultContact.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of NexasCode or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit User Content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
- Containing viruses or malicious code
- Spam or unsolicited advertising
- False, misleading, or fraudulent
6. Service-Specific Terms
6.1 DevOps Hub
DevOps Hub provides infrastructure and deployment services. You are responsible for the security and compliance of your deployments. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.
6.2 DaysAID
DaysAID is a task management platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and maintaining appropriate backups.
6.3 TavernBag
TavernBag provides D&D character management tools. All character data and campaign information are user-generated content subject to our content policies.
6.4 VaultContact
VaultContact is a secure communication platform. While we implement security measures, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your communications and complying with applicable data protection laws.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Fees
Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Billing
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining valid payment methods.
7.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
7.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Services will be corrected
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEXASCODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NexasCode and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your violation of any third-party rights
11. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and NexasCode concerning the Services.
