Nexas Code 2D

Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the publisher of Nexas Code 2D ("the game", "we") when you play. By playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not play.

The short version. Play the game, have fun, don't cheat, don't harass other players, and don't try to break or resell the game. We can suspend accounts that do. The game is provided as-is.

1. Your licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own entertainment. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant you.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share it, sell it, or use someone else's. If you play through a portal such as CrazyGames, that portal's account rules apply alongside these terms.

3. Fair play

You agree not to:

We may remove names that break this rule and suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated breaches. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

4. User content

Names, banners, and similar things you create stay yours. You give us the licence we need to display them in the game to other players. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload or type, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Virtual items and purchases

Any in-game currency, skin, or unlock is a limited licence to use that item inside the game. It is not property, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the game. Purchases are handled by the store or portal you bought through, and their refund policy applies. If we permanently shut the game down, we will give reasonable notice.

6. Advertising

The game may show a single advertising break at the end of a match. Where the game runs inside a portal, that advertising is served and controlled by the portal under its own terms.

7. Changes to the game

The game is a live product. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove features, maps, races, and modes, and we may change or discontinue online services. Competitive balance changes are a normal part of the game and are not a breach of these terms.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the game online but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and issues outside our control will happen.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost progress, lost items, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights your local law gives you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we are required to by law.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will update the date above and surface it in the game rather than quietly editing this page. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's home jurisdiction, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
