Nexas Code 2D

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This policy explains what Nexas Code 2D ("the game", "we") collects when you play, why, and what control you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.

The short version. We store your commander name, your cosmetic choices, and your game progress so your account works. We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not ask for your real name, address, or payment details.

1. Who we are

Nexas Code 2D is operated by the game's publisher (contact below). Where the game is played inside a third-party portal such as CrazyGames, that portal is a separate controller of the data it collects — see section 5.

2. What we collect

DataWhy we hold itWhere it lives
Commander name and chosen race, banner, and skinsTo display you in matches, lobbies, and standingsYour browser, and our account database
Game progress: achievements, unlocks, research, saved matchesSo your progress survives closing the tabYour browser, and our account database
A player identifierTo connect your progress to you across sessions and devicesOur account database
Multiplayer session data: lobby membership, room ID, in-match commands, connection qualityTo run a live match and let you reconnect after a dropOur multiplayer server, held only for the life of the match
Local preferences: audio settings, match rules, dismissed tipsSo the game remembers how you like to playYour browser only — never sent to us
Error and performance diagnosticsTo find crashes, freezes, and bugsOur servers, aggregated where possible

3. What we do not collect

4. Local storage, not tracking cookies

The game uses your browser's local storage to keep settings and progress on your device. This is functional storage that makes the game work — it is not an advertising cookie and it is not shared with third-party advertisers by us. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets local settings and any progress not synced to an account.

5. Third parties

Depending on where you play, these services may process data in their own right, under their own policies:

Advertising in this game is limited to a single break at the end of a match. We do not pass your account data to advertisers.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. How long we keep data

Account and progress data is kept while your account is active. Live match data is discarded when the match ends. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or aggregated.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will not charge you or degrade your experience for making a request.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat account data as something we are holding on your behalf, not something we own.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for lawful international transfers.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and surface the change in the game rather than quietly editing this page.
