Nexas Code 2D
This policy explains what Nexas Code 2D ("the game", "we") collects when you play, why, and what control you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legalese.
Nexas Code 2D is operated by the game's publisher (contact below). Where the game is played inside a third-party portal such as CrazyGames, that portal is a separate controller of the data it collects — see section 5.
| Data | Why we hold it | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Commander name and chosen race, banner, and skins | To display you in matches, lobbies, and standings | Your browser, and our account database |
| Game progress: achievements, unlocks, research, saved matches | So your progress survives closing the tab | Your browser, and our account database |
| A player identifier | To connect your progress to you across sessions and devices | Our account database |
| Multiplayer session data: lobby membership, room ID, in-match commands, connection quality | To run a live match and let you reconnect after a drop | Our multiplayer server, held only for the life of the match |
| Local preferences: audio settings, match rules, dismissed tips | So the game remembers how you like to play | Your browser only — never sent to us |
| Error and performance diagnostics | To find crashes, freezes, and bugs | Our servers, aggregated where possible |
The game uses your browser's local storage to keep settings and progress on your device. This is functional storage that makes the game work — it is not an advertising cookie and it is not shared with third-party advertisers by us. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets local settings and any progress not synced to an account.
Depending on where you play, these services may process data in their own right, under their own policies:
Advertising in this game is limited to a single break at the end of a match. We do not pass your account data to advertisers.
The game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Account and progress data is kept while your account is active. Live match data is discarded when the match ends. Diagnostic logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or aggregated.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will not charge you or degrade your experience for making a request.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat account data as something we are holding on your behalf, not something we own.
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for lawful international transfers.
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and surface the change in the game rather than quietly editing this page.
